Paul Sell
/ Director
Paul Sell is an energy economist, specialising
in energy markets and market reforms. He has 28
years’ experience, which includes providing major
advice on restructuring, on deregulation, on the
design and implementation of electricity and gas
markets and on network regulatory arrangements
in Australasia
Paul has worked extensively with governments,
energy regulators and energy market agencies as
well as with energy businesses

Paul began his career as an economist in
the New Zealand Ministry of Energy.
He has been a consultant since 1985. He
was a consulting Partner in Ernst & Young
and a Vice President in Cap Gemini Ernst
& Young, based in Sydney.
